Frank’s Smoked Chalupa Talco’s Here’s what you’ll need Pack of Hotdogs Aromatics Fresh Spinach, diced white onion(saute onion), peppers(fresh cut sweet yellow, orange, red), dice up bread and butter pickles,( Cilantro, Jalapeno)Bomdelilicious’s NBA nothing but aromatics blend. Sauces Mayo, Mustard is all I recommend Tortilla- you have your choice of a variety of Flour Tortilla choose yours. Instructions: Grill or smoke your hotdogs, while this is occurring you can dice your onions, and pickles, slice your peppers the long way. It’s up to you how you prepare your sauce. Bomdelilicious Sauce Recipe ½ C Mayo 1 tsp Mustard ½ C diced onions, pickles, cilantro, jalapeno Add ½ tsp Bomdelilicious’s “Creole BBQ” seasonings or “Creole MeXXX” After your hotdogs are finished you can choose to grind them or simply rough cut with a knife. You can choose to deep fry your tortilla’s ,air fry, warm up in the oven, pan fry. Heat oil of your choice! All of them work with this, on one side of tortilla with your tong bend tortilla in half letting it puff up on side in oil, then flip to other side,(pan fry, deep fry) in oven get taco stand place on a cookie sheet @ 250, until puffs up, air fryer place foil in between folded tortilla spray with some type of oil @ 250 until it puffs up. How to Assemble Place your tortilla on a plate, fill it with your sauce, then spinach,then some more sauce! Add your peppers then add your smoked Franks. You can just have Mayo, then add spinach, add peppers, add Frank's, add onions, pickles, jalapenos, topped off with a drizzle of mustard.
